Visit the Holocaust Museum: January 15
/The winter season is a perfect time to visit Washington DC’s world-renowned museums. While the weather is likely to be chilly, the crowds are much lighter and timed-entry tickets are not required during the weekdays. The Inter-Faith Fellowship plans a trip to the Holocaust Museum on Wednesday, January 15. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is America’s national institution for the documentation, study and interpretation of Holocaust history and serves as this country’s memorial to the millions of people murdered during the Holocaust.
The group will gather at The Chapel at 9:00 am on Wednesday, January 15 to carpool to the Glenmont Metro station and will travel via Metro to the museum. Admission to the museum is free and does not require a ticket. Each person must have a SmarTrip card to use Metro and should bring money for lunch. This trip will require extensive walking from the Metro to the museum and standing to visit the exhibits.
RSVP by submitting the form below no later than Monday, January 13.
