Stress Reduction: Monday, November 18
/Terry Ullman, MSW, LCSW-C, LICSW, will present a stress reduction program on Monday, November 18 from 10:00 am – 11:30 am. Register in advance by submitting the form below by November 13.
Stress is a protective response by our body to help us to respond to danger. Under normal circumstances, stress gives us the energy and focus we need to meet our challenges. However, if we experience too much stress, it can take a toll on our physical and emotional health. In this presentation, participants will learn simple ways to manage and reduce the stress in their lives.
Ms. Ullman is a clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience working with older adults and their families.
